We respond to all inquiries within 2 business days. Funder and partnership inquiries go directly to the founder.
Use the form below, write to one of the addresses further down, or call us. All three reach the same place.
Reaching the right desk
Where to write, by inquiry.
Grant inquiries, funder due diligence, site visits, and reporting.

hello@jasclairwellnessinstitute.comIf you want to join a cohort
The fastest route is the waitlist rather than this form — it puts you directly in line for the application link when Cohort 1 applications open. You are welcome to write here first if you have questions before signing up.
If you are a funder or foundation
Tell us which fund or program you are assessing us against and we will send governance documents, our incorporation details, the measurement framework, and a budget. Our board and bylaws are published on the governance page.
If you want to partner
Include what you deliver, who you serve, and where you operate. We are most useful to organizations already reaching Canadian adults over 55 who want a structured strength component they do not have to build.
If you are a journalist
Include your outlet, your deadline, and the angle. We can speak to sarcopenia prevention, the evidence base for resistance training in older adults, and what it takes to stand up a small Canadian non-profit.
One thing we cannot do
We do not give medical advice.
Jasclair Wellness Institute is an education and community organization, not a medical provider, clinic, or health practice. We cannot diagnose a condition, interpret a symptom, review a medication, or tell you whether a particular exercise is safe for you specifically.
Those questions belong with your own physician or another qualified health professional who knows your history. What we can do is explain what the published research says, in plain language, for free — which is what the research library is for.
Before you write
Your question may already be answered.
- —Eligibility, cost, and time commitment
- —How the 12-week program is structured
- —What we measure and how we report it
- —Board, bylaws, and incorporation details
- —Free plain-language research summaries
