Jasclair Wellness Institute operates under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, governed by a board of directors independent of any commercial entity. We hold ourselves to public-benefit standards because funders, partners, and participants deserve full visibility.
How JWI is governed
Board independence
JWI is governed by a board of directors that is independent of any commercial entity, including our technology partners. Directors serve the organization's beneficiary-first mandate, not the interests of any sponsor or vendor.
Conflict of interest
Directors and advisors disclose any relationship that could create a conflict of interest, and recuse themselves from related decisions. Our partnership with Calyber Labs is structured and documented specifically to keep program decisions free of commercial influence.
Transparency
Our incorporation details, governance approach, and partnership terms are published here and on our Partners page. Program outcomes are measured and reported, and bylaws and board composition are available to funders and partners on request.
